Bookings & early-bird pricing

• Early-bird pricing applies while the offer is active and covers pre-sales and our first operating days; exact dates may change.
• All appointments are by confirmation. A preferred time slot is not guaranteed until we confirm it.
• The exact studio address is shared privately after your booking is confirmed.

Session credits

• Package credits are valid for 6 months from confirmed payment.
• Credits are non-transferable and unused credits expire.

Cancellations & lateness

• Cancel more than 1 hour before a confirmed appointment: no credit deducted.
• Cancel within 1 hour, or no-show: one session credit is deducted.
• Late arrival does not extend the booked end time.

Payments & refunds

• We accept payment via PayNow and supported card methods through secure checkout. Card numbers are never stored by us.
• Refunds, where applicable, are processed via the original payment method and recorded with reason and date.

Wellness disclaimer

Wellness sessions (spa chair and music therapy) support relaxation and general wellbeing. They do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition and are not a substitute for medical care.
